I’m appreciating incredibly beautiful weather here in Maryland this weekend, perfect for hiking or anything else outside. Grace and I went hiking while a chicken cooked in olive oil in the crock pot. When we got home, I used my new Vitamix to make pesto sauce (with pistachio nuts) for penne pasta to go with it. 
We had a nice family dinner together after a slow, relaxing day. This is what life is supposed to be about… mindfulness, sharing, joy.
