Cara Moulds’ study of spirituality and philosophy began 28 years ago when she was a comparative literature major specializing in Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung’s archetypal symbolism and collective unconscious theories.
Her years of teaching multicultural literature, studying new age thinkers from Lao Tzu to Eckhart Tolle, meditating with holosync and practicing qigong has led to her philosophy that we are all divine beings, connected with our Source and with each other. She believes that you are here to experience the joy of creating the life you want.
For 14 years teaching high school English and journalism, Cara loved inspiring students to reach that “a-ha” moment of understanding. As an administrator and leadership coach, she is skilled at helping people set goals and achieve success.
Cara is also an accomplished fine art photographer. Visit her photo gallery to see why her work is on permanent exhibit at the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center at Howard County General Hospital.
