For some people, this is the best time of the year. Yet it’s still easy to get stressed out and sidetracked with so much to do, and then forget what the holiday season is really about.  This week, I’m sharing the biggest shift I made to stay sane during the holiday season. The first year I tried this, it made a huge difference and I’ve never looked back.
